Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved the incredible location of the hotel with modern interior and outstanding views. The rooms, although clean, had a balcony view and a mountain view, but were quite old and small, giving a worn-out feeling. The service was a mix - while staff were kind and helpful, the communication hiccup was noticeable. Dining options offered a variety, catering to different tastes, but the buffet selection could be improved. Overall, a nice stay with some room for enhancement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were super spacious with a very large King bed, a cozy lounge area by the window, and plenty of room to move around despite having 2 luggages. However, it's best to avoid a room on B1 as it can get noisy in the morning due to the nearby breakfast room. The view of The Valley from the standard room was absolutely gorgeous, offering great value for money with clean and comfortable accommodation that was also a good size.
The hotel is situated just off the center of all the action in Sapa, offering rooms that are equipped with a safe, TV, and satellite. However, it's advisable to avoid the B1 room as it can be noisy in the morning due to its proximity to the breakfast area.
